The total electric flux due to a given charge can be calculated using Gauss theorem. I am giving statement of Gauss theorem in the scanned sheet attached. According to it we can easily understand that total flux does not depend upon the size or shape of the Gaussian surface assumed .

Hence the answer for this question is OPTION B Because the flux will depend on the amount of charge. Since amount of charge is greater in B hence flux also greater in B.
