In my opinion the one of the excellent leader or the person I admire most is Elon Musk. He became well known after his involvement in Tesla Motors Inc. Besides, he is also a founder of PayPal and SpaceX and a co-founder of Neuralink. He was born in the year 1971 in South Africa. Elon also came in the Forbes list of world's most powerful people. His vision towards the technology has improved the technology as well as AI.

Qualities that Elon Musk demostrates :-

Some of the qualities demostrated by Elon Musk are important to me. Those are -

a) Be creative :-

Creative people thinks out of the box and this quality makes them unique in their way. It can be said that without creativity, there would be no innovation and thus no progress of ownself.

b) Set exceptionally high standards :-

One of the ways to push oneself is to extend the limits of own capability. This would make oneself more flexible and thus able to increase own abilities of doing tough tasks.

c) Be passionate :-

According to Elon Musk, it is always important to be passionate about own tasks. This would help a person to self motivate and thus don't need external motivation to get pushed.

Yes, I set goals for myself so that I can be focused all the time and remember what I have to achieve. To motivate myself I always remember the result or outcome of the hard work and this vision helps to get motivated to do more work. Besides, I too follow the qualities of Elon Musk.
