DAPPS is a goal setting model for students / other professionals in order to reach their goals & make them come true...
DAPPS stands for: Dated, Achievable, Personal, Positive and Specific.. Qualities essential for a goal setter / dreamer.
Part1: Long Term Personal Goal and Professional Goal: Long term goals are to set as an example / rather become a model or an example to the society, family and professionals. This kind of goal is achieved with strong commitment in order to be realistic.. Professional long term goals is having to begin with our own company and to make a difference in other people's lives as well. Here we get a passion of doing something different & involving others' too to help them achieve their dreams. Consistently improving on our performances is one of the long term goals to be looked into. Being a mentor is also one of my long term goals & this comes with experience & hard work. By being the mentor we can help to shape the other leaders & the future generations for a better world. The most satisfaction comes when for having helped another person to find their place in the world. Personal goals is to become a founder & establish a non profit organization to make an impact on other people's lives. It brings a positive change to ourselves as well as to others. Learning a new skill (foreign language) is also one of the personal goals.
Part 2: Right now the most important goal to focus on is the professional side which is as mentioned above: After long committments & hard work, I had a chance to establish a company of my own, which involves with accounting services, a service based company. This company involves assisting with accounting softwares like SAP and some trainings conducted as well. My first project on this was for a start up located @ UK. It was my first assignment and I was very excited on the same. They required services on Accounting & taxation. I successfully accomplished the project and in few months time I had many more projects internationally coming my way. So there is no other achievement than this, that I made my identity personally as well as professionally. Right now I see that the world is congraulating me on the same achievement & hearing good whispers among all. Smelling the sense of accomplishing future plans, feeling blissful and tasting the success process of my life.
Part 3: In the above mentioned goals, education is one of the key aspects & each day was a new studying & learning while working for different projects. Future educational goal is to do some research further more on other topics & take up projects on the same & to give an oppurtunity to other people as well.
The above mentioned goals would be expected to achieved by dated: January, 2021 @ the most.
