Short term goal refers to achieving a goal in a very limited period of time are in near future

Immediate goal refers to achieving a things in a very less time in simple immediately ,postponing these type of goal can lead to loss or a sluggish path for success

Long term goal refers to achievements received after certain preparations which generally needs time to become the one ,what they deserve

Ans:Research sources for term paper is a short term goal because this either cannot be done immediately (needs analysis, interpretation, etc.,) nor as a long term (taking long time can make the goal unnecessary in the future )

This is a immediate goal, if the train is not taken on time it may lead to missing the opportunity at the right time to complete a task

This is a long term goal, because first the person has to move to a location and then search a job as a nurse

Dave's Goal:Become a Nurse

Today:To reduce the anger and think about a solution (if this is not controlled on time can lead to harm to self and others )

Short-Term: Thinking to become a nurse(this decision can given him him sense of satisfaction that he could help others during their critical time and possibly try everything to save their lives)

Long-term:To come out of the grief due to loss(after achieving the short term goal Dave will be able to cope up with the loss due to his achievement)
