8th Answer: The short term goal for Mr. Sawyer would be daily exercise so that he stabilises the his metabolism and also manages his cholestrol levels and the long term goal for Mr. Sawyer would be to stop alcohol consumption on a daily basis.
Mr. Sawyer has to maintain a healthy lifestyle so that he has a good lipid profile. He has been consuming alcohol daily and this has affected his lifestyle. He could be having gastric ulcers which is caused due to acidity and alcohol. Gastric ulcers in the stomach cause severe pain. 9th Answer: Based on Mr. Sawyer's social history, we need to conduct a liver function test and also Blood Urea tests. We would also need to conduct Ultrasound of the abdomen and an endoscopy to check why his stomach pain occurs. There could be a possibility of an ulcer. For further analysis, we could also conduct a H-Pylori test to check if there is H-Pylori bacteria causing damage to his stomach.
10th Answer: Mr. Sawyer should check if he has diabetes and he should also periodically get his cholestrol levels like HDL, LDL and triglycerides checked. Also he should check for family history of cancer and conduct a colonscopy to check for colon cancer and tests to check prostate cancer.
