what specific constraints on corporate entrepreneurship would you identify for Apple?

Apple has restricted its corporate enterprise to various standard activities on the basis of this case study. In its manufacture, the company has imposed a standard procedure by developing everything in the company as opposed to the market trend towards specialist developers. That has meant that funds have been misused and other experts have been hampered by innovation.

Because Apple is losing its competitive edge in terms of marketing, Apple is beginning to concentrate on maintaining and coordinating its resources with too much spending on innovation. This was also moved to avoid attempts to threaten its innovation business base, thus losing a market share boost. All of this together has a common impact on investors, in particular through low productivity, which contributes to lack of motivation.

What other potential limitations on corporate innovation could Apple experience and why?

The fact that Apple is subject to traditional company strategies which the company is reluctant to abandon, could lead to potentially limited company innovation such as a lack of confidence between employees. This could then lead to employees hanging from their ideas, as they feel that ideas do not have a place in the business environment. That is why the organization cuts off market opportunities.

Discuss the ethical dilemma of “rouge middle managers’ as it could apply to Apple.

The middle management of Apple may also become the red center managers. The fact that they feel very confined to a clear and fixed strategy may be responsible for this situation. This means that they lack the opportunity to demonstrate their full potential to improve the quality of their work. Managers such as these can not be trusted, because they may easily spread the ideas or invention of Apple in order to progress that is difficult for their current employer.
