Write an Initial Self Evaluation paper that addresses the following:

1. Individual Bargaining Statement/paragraph describing yourself as a negotiator.

2. How comfortable are you negotiating? How easy do you find it to ask for what you want?

3. How comfortable are you in situations of moderate conflict? How do you typically react to conflict?

4. How effective are you in persuading others? If you are going to try to persuade someone, how do you typically prepare?

5. What do you hope to learn in Self Evaluation ?

1. I am a good negotiator and I usually listen to both sides and try to make the negotiations a win/win for both sides to keep everyone happy and conclude on a successful note.

2. I am quite comfortable in negotiating and usually find it easy and smooth in aksing and getting what I want through polite and diplomatic conversations.

3. Moderate conflict does tend to make me uncomfortable as there is quite a bit of hostility in such cases. However, I react by listening to both sides to arrive at a conclusion and to make both the parties feel heard.

4. I am quite effective in pursyruading others as I have good communication and persuausion skills. I typically try to create scenes of persuaison an ocme up with arguments that the other party might raise and then try to come up with their counter-arguemnts or solutoon to prepare for persuausion.

5. In the self-evaluation, I hope to learn how to be a tough negotiator and arirve at a clonclsuion which makes one party happy while not satsifiyng the other one.
