MSc Nursing ( oncology )

Short term objectives :-

- To upgrade in the field of nursing

- To promote health

- To prevent disease and restore health

Long term objectives :-

- To gain advanced knowledge in oncology nursing

As I have been posted in many departments ,I don't have much experience of oncology and I have interest in that. So ,I have planned to do MSc in Oncology which will help me to get the exposure of oncology cases and other skills . My strengths are :-

- capable to adjust in any condition

- hard working

- responsible

- flexible

- confident

Weakness are:-

- anger

- emotional

The most important area that need to be improved Ed is Amy anger . I get angry very badly and it results in negative image of mine . Although I get angry on serious issues but people don't take it as serious .

Plan of action to achieve my goal - reducing anger are :-

- yoga

- spiritual therapy

- deep breathing

- let it go behavior
