On boarding plan for new hire:

1. Discuss the experience of the employee and check whether his experience matches with the expectation of the company.

2. Review the initial performance of the employee and offer him the feedback for his performance.

3. Check whether employee has any query, concerns or issues.

4. Provide all the needed resources to the new hire so that they could perform their job effectively.

5. Introduce new hire with the structure and culture of the company and introduce him with his team mates.

6. Provide the manual of company’s guidelines and regulations so that the new employee could effectively work in the company with delivering the required productivity from him.

While onboarding a new hire, HR manager, HR executive and the departmental head for which the recruitment is done should be involved in the onboarding process. Onboarding information would be segregated according to the departments for which the onboarding is carried out and it would be documented appropriately so as to store it for the future reference.
