Developing effective crisis response program make a benefit for community, organizations, schools, and workplace.
Americal Red cross provides free disaster training for all volunteers. Disaster cycle service courses helps individuals and communities to prepare for disaster. In different locations like hospitals, communities, workplaces, schools, colleges this disaster training vary. The trainer uses various methods of crisis management strategies like prevention for human hazards and providing permanent protection from disaster. Mitigation can make structural changes like prevention for human hazards and providing permanent protection from disaster. Mitigation can make structural changes like installation of earthquake valve, mounting of furniture, walls, preparedness with equipment to reduce hazards to vulnerability population and addressing hazards. Response methods start with the life of human protection by making location and property.
  when there is projects are too large, low management support, less involvement from management, lack of interest and skills, complex process, project goal not clear, less collaboration from the team, the less control mechanism of the process the health care team failed to perform quality projects.
High performing teams can be implemented when there is  good leadership and management support, project size not too large, clear project goal and control system, good resources for performing quality training can improve the project implementation.
