1. Now a days it is very common that the new born baby is suffered from jaundice. Increased in Bilrubin is caused of physiologic jaundice. Pathophysiology. Jaundice comes from high levels of bilirubin in the blood. Bilirubin is a waste product, it produced when red blood cells are broken down. The yellow color of the skin in new born is jaundice. It generally occurs in the First week after born. If we can't diagnosed the jaundice of new born baby at right time , brain can be damaged of new born baby. If there is any type of blood infection it may cause jaundice in new born. The most common risk factor of pathophysiological jaundice is premature ( if baby born before time), weight is very less after birth. There are different types of pathophysiological jaundice like breastfeeding jaundice, breast milk jaundice.
