30. It is an example for Benedict test, which oxidize the Aldehyde into Carboxylic acid and colour is blue.

It is used in place of Fehlings test.

31. Example for Nucleophilic addition reaction, forms acetal with excess alcohol.

32. Oxidation of thiol gives disulfide.
