10.0 ml each of liquid A and liquid B are poured through the funnel , and times t A and t B are measured. \bullet t A will be less than t B

Explanation

PART 1

Liquid A have lower vapor pressure than liquid B. From this it is clear that , liquid B will be more vaporized than liquid A. Due to this , volume of liquid B will be less than volume of liquid A after 90 minutes. Hence answer is  V A will be greater than V B.

Viscosity is a property of fluids. Fluids are substances which can flow. Fluids are liquids and gases,

Viscosity is a force opposition between two succesive layers of fluid.

Liquids having high viscosity have low flow rate and liquids having low viscosity have high flow rate.

In our case, Viscosity of liquid A is lower and hence its flow rate will be more than liquid B.

Therefore, when liquid A and liquid B are poured through funnel liquid A will require less time to pass through funnel than liquid B.

Hence, answer is t A will be less than t B.
