Chole has signs and symptoms of cholecystitis. In cholecystitis patient has pain on the middle of the tummy and thon moved to right hand side of the abdomen.

During preoperative period every patient is anxious and several doubts and also patient has severe pain.as a nurse we have to provide adequate emotional support and information about surgery and it's outcome.it will help to relieve anxiety and doubts.administer analgesic s as prescribed by the physician it helps her to overcome post operative pain also

Narcotics such as morphin and codein can be given.it has side effects such as nausea , vomiting,low heart rates,blooks pressure, respiratory rate,itchi it,rashes etc

Non narcotics such as nsaids such as Ibuprofen also be used
