1. To identify the needs of the community ,I and my emergency team will ensure to assess the cultural needs of the patient coming to emergency department and provide them a culturally appropriate care .

2. I will conduct a meeting with my emergency team that a complaint has been raised against us that we are not working according to the cultural aspects of the patient or we are not giving importance to the cultural rights of the patient which is causing a huge dissatisfaction among the patients about our healthcare services and about the steps to be taken to resolve this issue .

3. The strategies used to change the perception of the emergency department by the community are :-

- assessing the cultural and religious beliefs of the patient

- providing importance to their beliefs

- providing care which is culturally appropriate for them
