Uniform Hospital Discharge Data Set

  • Healthcare providers
  • Facilities provided in rehabilitation.

The required information that is reported on the UHDDS form regarding the performance of the organization as well as the inpatient information.

The two areas that may impact the overall rate of reimbursement as the treatment or the care the physician provides as well as the payment that is given to the physician. It is necessary to involved in the methods of the payment and increase in the proper healthcare services.
