1. According to the Center for disease control and prevention statistics ,there is decrease of 1.6% per year in cervical cancer from 1999- 2017 as there is a wide decrease in the number of women with cervical cancer, but not reached zero

2. Some of the population determinants which are the causes for not recieving HPV vaccine are:-

- cultural aspects

- non compliance

- non availability of vaccines

- unaware of the vaccine availability and about HPV

- religious beliefs

3.Based on the observed trends and distribution of HPV ,the authors should suggest to plan programs or should take initiatives to implement health programs which will help in creating awareness about this disease condition and about the availability of vaccines to prevent the same . Also the healthcare administration should take steps to make available the vaccines at each health centre.
