Some states along with Kansas acted according to the verdict where many of the schools denied its acceptance in the South.

Governor Orval Faubus of Arkansas in 1957, called the national guards to stop black students from entering the schools in Little rock.

Then President Eisenhower brought into effective action of the nine students who where prevented to enter high school with proper guarding of federal troops who were known as ''Little Nine Rocks''.

This was the main cause and action lead to its implementation.
