The core concepts of public health are environmental health,epidemiology, health education,biostatistics and Administration ,begavioral science are engaged to prevent and provide a quality care.

The environmental health mainly depends on the health of the community.The factors which has a direct impact on health are physical, chemical and biological materials in the community. E.g.,The environmental pollution created by man on air(respiratory problems ) ,water (gastrointestinal, neurological diseases ) and land (food products containing the pesticides, insecticides, etc.,

The traditional healthcare system can respond to this type of diseases by regular ,periodic health screening in all areas and particularly in high risk areas.They can use the statistics,determinants of health creating awareness,health education, to improve the wuality of care.Things can be advocated to the health officials to standardise the cost and make healthcare affordable to all and reduce the unnecessary over expenses.
