Increased chances of the drug Morphine being abused by anyone.

Breakthrough pain occurs for cancer patients and morphine drug should not be withholded considering abuse by the client. However the increase in dose should be prescribed by a physician after examining the client considering the side effects of the drug.

There are chances that the drug can be misused by any one in the family.

Hence the pharmacist should not dispense the drug for the safety of everyone including safeguaring him legally
