What do you think about Physician Assisted Suicide? Why do you think some states have legalized it? What are your own views, pro and con? Can you see it as a last resort? Would you fear not having any control of the end of your life? Would you want the option of PAS if you were not going to get better and in pain?
Answer: Physician assiteas suicide is the condition where patient does not want to live any more and he wants physician to give injection to die. This is because when patient is unable to bear the pain and knows that his condition will not improve any further , he wish for physician assisted suicide.
It should be legal as patient himself doesn't want to live much due to various reasons as he is unable to tolerate the pain or not willing to live with the disease.
The benefits includes that patient will be free from any further pain, family of patient's won't have to spend more money as no further treatment can save life of the patients. The disadvantage would be that losing a life is a loss which no one ever can recover. And there are sometimes chances of recovery.
I would also go for the physician assisted suicide if the pain will be unbearable and .the treatment would have no effect and didn't have any improvement.
