Molar mass of N2 = 28.02 g/mol

mass of N2 = 16.5 g
mol of N2 = (mass)/(molar mass)
= 16.5/28.02
= 0.5889 mol


According to balanced equation
mol of Na3N required = (2/1)* moles of N2
= (2/1)*0.5889
= 1.178 mol


Molar mass of Na3N,
MM = 3*MM(Na) + 1*MM(N)
= 3*22.99 + 1*14.01
= 82.98 g/mol


mass of Na3N = number of mol * molar mass
= 1.178*82.98
= 97.73 g
Answer: 97.7 g
