There are many ways teachers can incorporate physical activity into the school day. Physical activities can be built into math, science, and reading learning experiences. There are many physical activities which can be incorporated into the school.

Students age between 4 to 6 years: In this age children will be attracted to the sports which increases their stability and flexibility at the same time the memory of the students gets increased. While introducing some Activities like running, singing and other activities increases the students attraction towards sports and practising some basics into maths increases their memory.

Students between 6 to 12: At this age it’s right to show them the practical evolutions of physical concepts which can be used into the real practices. Like focusing on the simple concepts preparing charts of universe and global warming issues can be shown and can be asked by the students to prepare their own choice of real activity topics and discuss in before all. This increases their intelligence, timing and at the same time how to speak before the crowd.

Students between 13 to 18: At this age many physical sports can be incorporated and at the same time logics can be easily learnt by the children and can put them into real practice by choosing some maths talent compitetions and to into some science projects.
