C3H6O3(s) + O2(g) -----> 3CO2(g) + 3H2O(l)

Delta G(rxn) = 3*Delta G(CO2) + 3*Delta G(H2O) - Delta G(C3H6O3) - Delta G(O2)

Using thermodynamic data for individual products and reactants;

Delta G(rxn) = 3*(-394.36) + 3*(-237.13) - (-430.62) - (0)

Delta G(rxn) = - 1463.85 KJ ....Answer
