When the support worker arrives, she finds that Peter has left all his washing in the basket in the laundry. When the worker asks Peter why he hasn't hung out the washing, he tells her that he can't lift the sheets and towels onto the clothes line because they are too heavy.

• Assessing whether the patient has taken his medication for Parkinson's disease because missing dose can make the patient freeze ,inability to move ,rigidity while lifting arms,etc.,Inform the patient if so that this can be a side effect and medication should not be skipped and taken regularly
• Ensure whether patient had his meals or not ,inability to swallow can lead to decreased oral intake and cause fatigue.This making the patient to avoid daily activities
• Create a therapeutic relationship with the patient ensuring to  win the confidence and trust .When this is executed patient generally follows the instructions given by their worker on the basis of beliefs
• Inform patient that this can be a mild activity daily and can improve or delay the symptoms
