Some of the best way to communicate with Peter Mars

  • Assessing whether the patient has taken his medication for Parkinson's disease because missing dose can make the patient freeze ,inability to move ,rigidity while lifting arms,etc.,Inform the patient if so that this can be a side effect and medication should not be skipped and taken regularly
  • Ensure whether patient had his meals or not ,inability to swallow can lead to decreased oral intake and cause fatigue.This making the patient to avoid daily activities
  • Create a therapeutic relationship with the patient ensuring to  win the confidence and trust .When this is executed patient generally follows the instructions given by their worker on the basis of beliefs
  • Inform patient that this can be a mild activity daily and can improve or delay the symptoms
