7 true. Pathogenesis means development of disease gradually. It describes the mechanism of infection that has occured as a result of disease progress and simultaneously shows the symptoms.

8. False. Drug prescriptions cannot be read by all patients due to illteracy although the rate of literacy has now got increases. Determinants of health are physical , social, persons individual characteristics and behaviour that affects his/her health status. The nurse/pharmacist can make the patient comphrend the drug prescriptions if patient is not able too but it cannot be considered as a determinant of health.

9. True. All diseases have subjective as well as objective findings which the physicians/nurse interprets while examining the patient. And co-relation of physical findings and lab imaging etc will help in making the correct diagnosis in order to provide rational treatment to the patient.
