1. Team work is Mandatory in Work atmosphere and I see that the assigned tasks to the team are performed on timely basis providing an friendly environment to the Patients.

2.every day work assignment and patient feed back is monitored and recorded

3. Team meetings are conducted and discussed in person on their attendance , work quality and team coordination

4. Meetings are necessary because conducting the meetings will help to fix the problems on time and monitor the issues and to rectify

5. Performance meetings are conducted to evaluate the work quality and to appreciate as well suggest the team where ever they are lacking .
