Vaccine hesistancy by parents termed as parental refusal are due to religeous reasons, safety concerns, philosophical reasons and desire for more information from health care providers.

I found the safety issues about vaccine to be addresses atmost as according to various researches done by a dozen of scholars met the fact that most of the parents have the misconcept of vaccination causes autism, vaccines contain poisons, promotion of alternative medicine over vaccination, vaccines alter natural immunity , vaccines are against gods will etc...

Most of the misconcept related to safety issues where spread to the parents through internet .so a strict policy towards the inaccurate and deceptive information about vaccines through internet has to be faced initially by the government.

The goverent also initiate policies and programmes in community for childrens of under five specially focusing on the following:

• Meet the patient concern by a team of health workers ( RCH)
• Answer the known facts about vaccine to the parents
• Correct the misconcepts about various vaccines by reasonable proof and data.
• Tactically induce awareness about the risk of being unimmunised

Discuss about each vaccine seperately and their benefits

• With respect meet the concern of refusal of vaccine and document it for further varification and management
• Conduct high quality studies to investigate concern about vaccine safety
• Enhance public education
• Research on the facts of victims injured by vaccination and closely monitor and rectify the truth .

So, address the concerns of safety about VPD's among parents with atmost concern by proper public education with a solid proof of a proper research.
