The health assistant who got infected hand due to kitten scratch on hand, this person assisted in surgery to that patients.

The kitten is having some of the bacterias like Bartonella Henselae this bacteria cause the disease in cats, if the cat which is having infected that bacteria, it is spreaded through the scratch to the health personal, then he assisted in surgery so that the infected hand may spread the bacteria to the clients who undergone surgery.

So this is the reason the clients also infected to that bacteria.
