As from the given leverage plots if the confidence curve does not cross the horizontal line then it is not significant in the variable X1, X2,X3 ,X4,X5,X7. If confidence curve cross the line then it is significant here variable X6 is significant with Y leverage residual . Yes there is outliers because lots of points are outside the confidence curve .

So only one variable is significant that is X6.
