Trade adjustment assitance programme is basically for those industrial unit who have felt damages dur to impact of import felt by certain sectors. The following factors may worried researchers to develop this technique and its effect of the programme on the data.

1. From workers point of view as there is a loss of jobs the programme should be made in such a way wehere this damage may be recoverd

2. Programme must be in such a way that it whould provide alternative methods for import substitution.

3. Cost benifit annalysis must bemore effective.

4. Cost sharing programe must bemore effective
