Change in our work and personal lives is often a stress inducing event. The goal of the change agent should be to mitigate stress as much as possible. Share your experience with change, good or bad, and if it was “good” experience, what made it good? And if “bad” what made it bad? Answer: Change in work and personal lives is often a stress inducing agent but one of the change I have made in my daily schedule which has much positive impact on my life.

The change needs dedication, hard work to adopt and focus for the development of good and positive impact. Change in my daily routine has much better effect on my life. Indulgence of physical activities in the morning such as running, jogging and meditation has improved my mood swing as well as keeps me fresh and healthy. This change in my lifestyle has become one of the bliss in my life.
