Cognitive impairment usally affecting memory, problem solving ability, learning and perception. cognitive impairement lead to mental stress and mental health also. In such patient they show several symptoms like memory loss,decreased perception and loss of problem solving ability, Most cases shown mood swing, schizoprenia, obsessive compulsive disordser etc.

Most important thing I learned is this is usually caused by the damage of the brain cells which may lead to symptoms and later on mental stress. We can reduce the frequent occurance by proper monitoring, modifications, proper training, expert care and medications.

Early and ongoing assesssment of the cognitive capacity of the patient gives the intensity of the disease and proper follow up may help to ease the condition of the patient.

Need to train the patient for skill development, environmental and occupational modification helps to cope up with the condition.

I would like to develope all essential skill which is necessary for expert patient care, diagnosis the patient and planning patient care as per diagnosis. Administering intravenous and intramuscular injection is necessary for caring most of the patient. So i need to improve my skills in IV cannulation as well.So i want to attend the course before handling the real patient.
