Example: healthy blood pressure

Aspects to improve: regular exercise, adequate sleep, walking, healthy breakfast.

Emotional dimension:

Strong characteristics: ability to feel and Express happiness, sadness and anger; ability to love and be Loved; self acceptance.

Example: reliability

Aspects to improve: by learning time management skills, by learningng to accept and forgive oneself, but practicing stress management techniques.

Social dimension:

Strong characteristics: it helps in improving interaction with others, it helps in making good friends.

Examples: good listener, following rules

Aspects to improve: by having an honest and open communication, by being captivating speakers, having language strengths.

Intellectual dimensions:

Strong characteristics: it encourages creativity, it helps in stimulating mental activities, it helps in expansion of knowledge.

Examples: reading books, magazines and newspapers.

Aspect to improve: by trying to keep abreast of current affairs, by carefully selecting movies and television programs, by making an effort to improve verbal and writing skills.

Spiritual dimension:

Strong characteristics: it increases optimism, it helps in providing a sense of purpose for life, it helps in better self regulation and academic performance.

Example: by engaging oneself in a spiritual experience like meditation, prayer.

Aspect to improve: by building a spiritual tool as a regular practice like prayer, meditation and exploring nature; by cultivating sacred moments.
