Bible says much about money in various contexts one such can be seen as, Jesus says to the rich to give away all of their wealth to the poor only then he can entre the world of heaven. Defining the statement he gives an example as it is easier for a camel to get out of the eye of a needle than a rich man to give his wealth to the poor.

He says the more you will give the better god will shower wealth upon you. Help the poor and the needy if have any more than the basic required by your body.

As per Bible, strategic pricing behaviour and collusion is not ethical as they work for profit motive and no social benefits. They seek to earn more and more be it a rich man or a poor being or be it through any means. Hence they are unethical.
