Total variable cost for one pizza = 5.00 + 1.00 + 0.50 = 6.50. total variable cost for 4000 pizza = 4000*6.50 = 26000

Total fixed cost = 4500 + 500 = 5000

Therefore variable cost of production is $26,000

Fixed cost of production is $5000.
