Answer #1

Health outcome is mostly evaluated with life expectancy, statistics say that, by 1950 life expectancy of all countries generally became high while comparing to 1800, but still inequality was seen in health aspect because of the very large improvements made by some countries like Europe and north America  in the health outcome, while other countries like china India showed only little progress, by 2012 reduction inequality is noticed with more improvements in health outcome.at same time developed countries showed a very large improvement.in case of child mortality rate ,low-income countries have, on average, child mortality rates that are still more than ten times higher than in high-income countries. The remaining gap is still large. Coverage of essential health services is increasing too.
