I have a question in regards to bond strength. So the more stable an alkyl radical is the weaker its c-h bond is correct? If this is true then must the c-h bond of a tertiary hydrogen be weaker than the c-h bond of a primary hydrogen?

Yes... you are right.

The dissociation energies for C--H bond :-

101 kcal/mol for primary

99 kcal/mol for secondary and

97 kcal/mol for tertiary

In general , the greater the amount of electron donation to the antibonding MO of the bond ,the bond is weaker.
