2. I completely agree with the statement that the best way to win is to lose as in order to gain something, one has to loose something. If a country sells bonds and takes in money in exchange, it's debt level increases which is a loss, but it has more money to spend which is a gain.

3. Some of the impacts of the trade war are severe such as global economy slowing down as exports are what drive an economy. China is experiencing severe negative impact as it's GDP is slowing down, and USA's trade deficit is increasing. Trade is decreasing which is leading to decreased demand.

4.US should not continue its tit for tat trade war as it is leading to slowdown in world consumption, businesses are shutting down all over the world because of world slow down and this is leading to low investments as savings are low, because people are earning less. Possible solutions are devise a trade pact with China, to ensure that trade demands are met and there is no exploitation of US by China.
