Answer #1

Answer : Generally sellers does not tell about all potential problems of used car. Because the seller of used car know that if he tell about all potential problems of used car then he will be unable to sell this used car at a good price level. But a buyer always try to know about the potential problems of used car. So, as a seller it is not required to tell about all potential problems of used car. But as a buyer it is required to know about all potential problems of used car. So, yes, as a buyer I will be obligated to research the seller's claim.
