Causes of conflict
Conflict may be created over many reasons, mainly the conflict formed either will be task based conflicts, which will be arise at time when there is a bone of contention between individuals over creating a strategy or a plan. And also it may be emotional based conflict, it may be created when the people not fond of each other and there will some mis match voices in between the people.
Conflict escalation
Conflict escalation is the process by which sometimes the conflict may became stringent or harsh at sometimes. The conflict may be within the individuals or the groups. Actually it is the inverted motion from the height to a pit or hole.
How conflict can be de-escalated?
The conflicts can be de-escalated by creating a peaceful environment over the group and not allow it to turn the group activities or discussions into too harsh. And also our the objectives must be created with solidarity and harmony and not by force. And the plans must be mutual in nature.
Five interpersonal Conflict management strategies
1)Competing style: It is a strategy in which outcome is most important and here outcome is leading factor.
2)Compromising style: In which the outcome is not crucial and certain other factors are most important.
3)Collaborating style:It is a situation in which long-term relationship and outcome are both different.
4)Avoiding style: It is a situation in which we post-pone the decision, it implies that the outcome is not that much important.
5)Accommodating style: In which one is ready to sacrifice other's condition, in which relationship is important other than outcome.
Distributive and Integrative negotiation
Distributive negotiation in terms which means that they compete over the distribution of a fixed sum of value. It is based on positions and differences, in which relationship is not important. It is also noted that there is less flexibility over the decisions.
In integrative negotiation, there worth more value to relationship and they tend to ally over some agreements by integrating their interests. And there will be more flexibility in decisions and easy to overcome.

1)Arbitration: It is a type of resolution in which the disputes are resolved outside the court, means the out of court settlement. And these resolution mainly occur in commercial disputes.
2)Conciliation: It is a type of resolution in which the conciliator meets the both parties separately and the dispute become resolved by the conciliation.
3)Mediation: by which an active discussion and communication over the parties the dispute being resolved.
