As it has been given that according to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), in November 2019 in the US the labor force increased by 40,000 and the number of people unemployed declined by 44,000.

Labor force=unemployed + employed

+40,000=-44,000+Employed

Employed=40,000+44,000

=84,000

Hence it can be said that the total employment has increased by 84,000 in the US in November 2019.

Hence option c is the correct answer.
