Child labour is the employment of children in any work which deprives them of their childhood, interferes with their ability to attend regular school, and that is mentally, physically, morally, or socially is harmful and dangerous. The Senate in 1924 passed a Constitutional amendment banning child labor, however it was never ratified by enough states. In my opinion the first recommendation will be it's acceptance by all states. Secondly the awareness of children's rights and an adequate system of effective education program, welfare program and social protection can assist in completely banning the child labour
