Answer #1

U.S. healthcare spending directly contributes to lower infant mortality and higher life expectancy rates globally.

False

U.S. healthcare spending contributes to lower infant mortality and higher life expectancy rates because of the U.S spends 3 times more money on health care than any other country. More money and good strategies increase the quality, accessibility, and availability of health facilities in the U.S.

This ultimately leads to lower infant mortality and increase life expectancy in the United States. On average it also contributes to lower infant mortality and higher life expectancy rates globally.

The thing here is U.S. healthcare spending directly contributes not directly contributes its indirectly contributes to the global rates.
