Answer #1

Answer: The important thing in this question is that Carmen Viera lost everything to a fire....While he has taken H2O Policy which losses through Water. Hence the absence of proper polciy to cover the Fire Losses, we are unable to calculate or say nothing of loss & expenses she will be entitled to recover as against this Policy.
