(1) McDonald's is currently losing market share in America and its brand's salez have been declining as customers are seeking fresher options.

The two main problems which McDonald is facing are as follows:-

• Lack of flexibility: Earlier consistency was McDonald's main attraction. But now people are more deviated towards the places like Chipotle in which people can customize their orders.
• Slow and inaccurate service: McDonald had introduced too many items too quickly that slowed down their service and it resulted in inaccurate orders.

(2) The internal factors affecting McDonald's success are as follows:-

• Employees: McDonalds completely depends on its employees for each and every perspectives. But, the employees critize about they being given low wages and also the comoany having high turnover ratio.
• Products and Services: The menu served by McDonald has to be continuously evolved so as to meet the increasing demand of customers and also to attract new customers. Also the importance of nutritional value is to be considered.
• Internal Management: Internal management plays a pivotal role in the progress of an organization. The disbalanve in the internal management is affecting McDonald's success.

(3) As a CEO of McDonalds, i would respond to the internal factors of the company in the following manner:-

• It is important to boost the morale of the employees of the company to make the company perform better. Steps should be taken to retain employees of the company and decrease employee turnover ratio. Employees must be given adequate wages and also comoensation for their extra efforts.
• Products and services of the company should meet the demands of customers. It is important that the customers are given attractive service and efforts should be made to take care about there preferences. The option to customize their food as per their likes and dislikes is the best way to satisfy the customers.
• Internal management must be well balanced as the decisions taken by internal management plays a vital role in the functioning of the company.
