Answer: Today in the age of high-end technological and industrial progress, where digital medium plays perhaps the most important role in the life of the common man, time has become the most scarce resource and we try to utilize every possible minute of our time in order to further develop our progress and growth. In this age of service enabled digital market, what most matters is the level of customer satisfaction that the various firms and organizations can stick up to. Every firm or organization tries its best to ensure that they can maintain the level of satisfaction of their consumers and therefore in the process manage to benefit from a balanced growth of their firm or organization. However, it is not the easiest of tasks to ensure the maximum level of customer satisfaction for any firm. This is because human nature and tendency are always different for different individuals and therefore their level of satisfaction also differs from the same action or service that they receive from any firm or organization. Service quality plays a critical role today in every juncture of a firms production and administrative process so that it can ensure that not only that its core consumers are kept satisfied at each level of its production but also such that new consumers are attracted to its products through the level or quality of service that they provide. For this, it becomes highly important for that the firms maintain a very adaptive and skilled customer support executive who are usually the first point of contact for the consumers with the firm. Moreover, it is also equally important that the after sales service of the products of the firm are equally satisfactory for the consumers to ensure that the consumers keep coming back to them again and again.
