elements of cultural effect for the individual. This is an
ethnographic method to make cultural awareness and relations among
health care practitioners.
Purnell's cultural domain includes 12 cultural domains
-Overview of country, residence, economics, politics, emigration,
education and occupations.
-communication through dominant language, voice, volumes, tone and
their thoughts and feelings including nonverbal
communication.
-Family roles and organization related to the head of the
households, children, adolescents, family members, social status of
the individual.
-Workforce issues related to autonomy, assimilation, ethnics,

-Bicultural ecology related to skin color variation, body size,
heredity, topographical disease, drug effects for their body
adoption
-High-risk behavior related to substance addiction, physical
