In your own words, what is the pathophysiology of congestive heart failure (CHF)?
congestive heart failure (CHF); it is also called as heart failure.
heart fails to perform its function.its a clinical pathological syndrome characterised by failure of the heart to generate enough cardiac output to meet the minimum metabolic needs of the peripheral tissues inspite of normal and above normal filling of pressure.
heart failure used to describe a point where heart unable to supply of enough blood to meets the body demands.this can happen in 2 ways
1.heart ventricles unable to pump blood hard enough while systole is known as systolic heart failure or not enough blood fills the properly ventricles.during diastolic
2..heart ventricles unable to pump blood hard enough while not enough blood fills the properly ventricles during diastolic is known as diastolic heart failure.
in both cases blood back into the lungs congestion fluid build up which is why it is called as congestive heart failure or CHF. It affects millions of people in the world and it is the main cause of death.
there are variety of heart diseases for e.g ischemia and valvular diseases that impairs the heart function and after a prolonged time of these diseases causes hearts unable to pump enough blood to the body parts and lead to heart failure

Clinical manifestations of the disease (at least two assessment findings) Two nursing diagnoses: Discuss 2 nursing diagnoses common to patients...
