Data Warehouse Development
Your facility is developing a data warehouse. You have been asked to determine which of your current information systems should be included in the data warehouse. The administrator has indicated that she has plans to use the data warehouse for business, research, and clinical data analysis. Examples of the usage of the system are identifying which physicians make/lose money for the facility, determining the most profitable services and analyzing best practices in patient care. Based on how the system will be used, select the systems that will be included from the list of systems provided in Table 3-9.
